Kristin has a life-long passion for the Adirondack region. Spending summers at her family’s camp on Big Moose Lake gave her a fondness for everything the area has to offer. Kristin has strong roots within the community and many local connections. Over the years, she has worked for many local businesses and formed strong relationships with area residents. Kristin appreciates the close-knit community values of the Adirondack Park area and understands the efforts that many people have put into making this community a desirable place to live and vacation.
Kristin loves the beauty of the Adirondacks. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, boating, and just relaxing by the campfire. Kristin is active with the children of the community; she has taught tennis for the past 4 years, and works at the Town of Webb School. She also helps to operate and manage a local restaurant in Old Forge.
Kristin grew up in upstate New York. She completed her undergraduate degree at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, where she studied public policy and anthropology. After college, Kristin traveled as a volunteer to Central and South America, where she had the opportunity to work with underprivileged children. When she returned to the United States, she went to graduate school and received a Masters in Education from the University at Albany. For the past two years, she has taught in the Town of Webb School during the year and worked at a restaurant during the summers. Kristin’s teaching skills and strong experience in the hospitality industry make her an excellent fit for our team.
When the opportunity arose to work in real estate in the area she loves and calls home, Kristin jumped at the chance. As an Adirondack Realtor, she looks forward to working with people who share her passion for the Adirondack region. Her knowledge of the area and her connections to the community make her a valuable asset to our clients.
